Daniel Davis is a Professor emeritus of history and former associate dean. He finished his doctorate in history. He has written a number of works on history, including the award-winning History & Historiography and History of Europe. In some nations, his book History of Europe became a best-seller. The Fulbright Program and the Institute for Reformation Research have both awarded him grants to further his research. His academic focus is on nationalism and Asian revolutions, but he has wide-ranging intellectual interests. He is well-versed in non-Western cultures and has lectured extensively on the history of communism. He is quite well-versed in the art of instructing History to college and high school students. Gill Deborch is an Archaeologist who has focused his studies on the prehistory of Europe and the Mediterranean, with a particular interest on the Atlantic fagade. He has conducted excavations at Neolithic sites in France, Portugal, and the Channel Islands, and has participated in fieldwork projects in Britain, France, Greece, and India. Professor of history and editor of the preeminent worldwide journal of history; formerly Deputy Director of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research. Several books and scholarly articles written by him have been published in high-quality American periodicals.
