Keith Jefferson is a Professor Emeritus at the Business school and Management's Organization Studies and Social Research Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing, a Master of Science in marketing, and a Ph.D. in business administration with a marketing focus. Before commencing his academic career, Jefferson worked in marketing research for a Company and Harrison Arms Company, and he had substantial consulting expertise with businesses and non-profit organisations. He was a member of the National Marketing Council, The Institute of Marketing, The Society for Consumer Research, The Association for Marketing Advancement, and The Marketing Educators Association, among others.
